“PS I'm sure you've seen just about every attack video out there, but this is a favourite! “

You have favourite attack videos?? What kind of fiend are you??!!
This is a weird one as several of the comments are convinced that it’s fake while the others are focusing on some sort of evidence that the girl in question is obviously a “martial artist”:
“She was much more aggressive because she is a black belt. Notice she pulled his arm down to get him off balance, pushing him down, then gained the advantage by getting on top of him and from behind.” Gushes Theia
I’m late to the party (nothing new) as it’s been online for quite a while but I’ll go out on a limb after a couple of watches and say it’s possibly real but some things stand out. I don’t see anything particularly trained about the girl’s response, what I can see are two factors:
1 - She reacted very aggressively and the guy assaulting her is seemingly quite weak.
2 - She was very lucky that his actions were to block the door and try to push her back from exiting. This is what gave her the moment to realise she was at risk and to respond. This points to the guy being not only physically weak - he seems to lose balance as he reaches for the door buttons and never regains it but also inexperienced.
Chasing an attacker will get you plaudits for “attitude” from keyboard warriors but your advantage can turn against you very quickly doing this - tactically, legally…
It’s always good to see a scumbag get what’s coming but compare this with the following two videos.
Neither are pleasant.
The victim is decisively and powerfully struck and/or incapacitated to make sure their potential for struggle is diminished.
These are ambush type assaults designed to give the victim no chance.
The attackers have then considerable time to carry out their goal uninterrupted.
The only defence is awareness that something is wrong or about to happen and escaping or attacking pre-emptively until the opportunity to escape arises and this is where mindset and training should focus.
