I saw this great quote from Fred Bear over on Terry Trahan’s page.

They’re two a penny on the interwebs - the tacti-cool gear junky.

Endless social media posting displaying every possible piece of defensive (and expensive) kit and clothing to buy a feeling of security but they’d still fall foul to any halfway competent “street tax inspector”...

A reminder at the most basic level that kit is…just kit.

It takes a smart, committed mind to use it.

Without the latter, the former is useless.

While we’re at it, it goes for people too.

By all means be aware of the loudmouth but look for the quiet one who’s listening and watching.

You may not see …or hear them coming.
