207 - Force Necessary news
1:1/FN news:
A big thank you to the staff and students at Wycliffe School where I ran a One In One: Escape The Predator! course recently.
This course was designed specifically to train young women to escape and, if necessary, defend themselves against aggression and predatory threats in all walks of life.
I cover a wide variety of topics including the psychology and physicality of aggression as well as real world street smarts to make them safer.
There was a great reception to the material and we’re looking to return for another workshop.
I’m just about standing in this photo after the simulation I ran and can attest to the fact that these young women are now a force to be reckoned with!
