A student manual: Lists, ideas and considerations for effective defence
Here's a basic target list for beginner's to use to get acquainted with where to hit in order to seriously lessen most normal people's ability to continue fighting them.
It's not exhaustive – just enough though to get students seriously capable of defending themselves against an extreme, life threatening attack very quickly.
