Here’s the content from last night’s workshop.
The past month or so was spent looking at various ideas related to ending up on the floor and trying to defend from the is position against a stand over threat(s).
This month we’re looking at the situation of both (or more ) people ending up on the ground and tactics to deal with and escape this situation as fast as possible. Sport fighting is referenced - often - but the goals are not as similar as some beginners may think.
