Video and notes from this week's self defence and knife defence workshops
Here are the contents and revision notes from the workshops I ran this week.
Tuesday was open self defence oriented.
Private training on Wednesday saw a return to a knife defence focus using the skillsets from my first book: “Self Defence Volume one”
With other topics included that we’ve been learning recently being brought in as well to give a fuller understanding and build on that base.
There’s a video training example from the news included below (along with notes) that was, for our safety, removed by the commissars at Ewetube in minutes - so Odysee saves the day again - remember you can download their links too which is very useful if you want to keep examples for your own training.

The focus of the whole workshop was drawing together several different ideas that have been trained for a while and combining them into my personal goal of developing a single, mobile idea that students can effectively use to begin to defend single, multiple and armed threats. This is also proving to be very fast to learn as we had a new student who picked it up straight away.
