Perhaps the driver was hauling his last load of rapidly devaluing currency to pay a gas bill before it goes up further?
Perhaps she’s offering to help him shovel it into a wood burner so they can all be warm this winter in a display of community spirit?
Who knows.
There’s that feeling that locking your doors might be a good idea, especially when being screamed at by females with shovels.
That if you do get out because she’s pulling your door open, that shoving her may not have been the best calming technique you might have selected.
Certainly not in the mind of Sir Galahad who’s soon riding in to defend her by… tearing heads off… of someone else.
