Sharing ideas about survival fighting with a broad section of people on a regular basis opens you up to many questions in the course of showing any particular solution to aggression.

Experienced people will usually ask about very specific and nuanced performance issues and the inexperienced will ask more general questions that can require whole workshops to cover.

This was one of the ideas of having the journal, so that trainees could ask questions and the more extensive issues and talking points could be covered at length.

One such larger trainee question was asked in a workshop regarding being in a hand to hand grappling situation and whether more extreme options that I happened to be showing at that moment were really called for.
