Survival Kicking and the One-Legged Man
A) Scenario
This is the combination setup that I used at last night’s open training to give students a practical self-defence context to start to use the roundhouse kick (RK) within. I’ve included a description of the tactic with notes along with a few solo training ideas for developing skill and power.
The scenario is relevant to a fight that is circling and very much ON! with a single and confirmed to be unarmed aggressor that has not yet closed to grappling.
Get your hands up, while they’re stalking and mouthing off at you.
