I’d mentioned this absolutely amazing bare-knuckle fight video from Russia (see below) during the 25/02/25 workshop, as a reference for students for their sparring performance.

I’ll discuss the relevance of the video later on, and also go though several ideas as to how you can use some perhaps unconsidered aspects of it to enhance your own personal survival fighting practice.

At 12.22, there are three factors coming into play which completely will change the course of the fight:
