Workshops are finished for 2022, I will still be posting up the contents of the backlog of workshops and private training that I did prior to finishing as well as plenty of other articles and posts over the time between now and late January when I restart, so business as usual here on the journal.
Below is the first of these and, as with other Aide - memoire posts, contains the outline subject notes I made for the workshop.
There are links to other articles occasionally posted that include tuitional notes, instructions and other material.
If you have any questions or comments for possible inclusion, please feel free to contact me at: info@forcenecessary.co.uk
Warm regards,
Jeth

Understanding direction of force
Safer ways of falling
Safer ways of standing
Punching the jawline
Exploiting targets
Building speed and accuracy targeting the eyes and the lower limbs and groin
Palm striking
Complete instructions on this part of the workshop as a tool for home study can be found here and are (currently) free to read:

Scenario
Being grabbed and restrained from behind.
Understanding the stages that this problem goes through and adapting to them.
Developing key instantaneous reactions to increase your chances of escaping or disrupting the aggressor.
