First order of business was to present “Dubya” with his well deserved certification as Level one: Class organiser in the Force Necessary syllabus.
Direct from Hock in the US, this represents a huge amount of work, dedication and effort.
W attends the weekly workshop as well as private and also solo work - after a year of training he’s become a very capable practitioner and a well regarded member of our group - well done!
This workshop was the final week of our in depth look at ideas from “When walking alone…” .
The past month has seen an increase in assault and predatory behaviour towards women in our area and we’ve focused on covering tactics and ideas to counter certain specific situations so that this info can be shared with others.
We ran through a complete exploration of the Stop 5 situation of being grabbed.
We also changed from a mixed format of drills to pure scenario only practice and problem solving for the whole session!
