Unarmed skills

Dealing with fast straight punches when the fight is on - see the image above. Trainee left is a competitive Judo practitioner and trainee right has a background in an extensive background in FMA, Muay Thai, Force Necessary and others.

Breathing

There is an argument that if you avoided a punch by any old means then - “Well at least it worked!”.

This is true, but the problem is that this will probably not be the only punch that is thrown at you and you may unwittingly evade and move to a position that makes it highly difficult for you to avoid what comes next or to counter efficiently.

Learn the best ways of doing this and it will pay hugely in progress and opportunities.
